Steering, Suspension and brakes

Harrier Steering wheels
The Harrier and the Seltos have  very different steering, suspension and also brakes. The Harrier has an independent suspension system that is more suitable for Indian roads. The Seltos has a stiffer suspension that might trouble you in bumpy roads. The steering setup on the other hand is on the heavier side in the Harrier that plants it firm on highways and with a Seltos you would rather stick to the cities. While Tata is known for its safest cars in India and a solid built quality the Harrier has not been crash tested by global NCAP. The Kia Seltos on the other hand has been tested by the global NCAP and was rated 3-star rating. Interestingly, the Australian version of Seltos gets a 5 star rating.
