The 2021 Range Rover is a fine luxury SUV. When you first step into the Range Rover you’re welcomed with its library-quiet interior, top-notch cabin materials, and generous seating space for five occupants and still offers great off-road capability when the going gets tough.

And to his credit the man’s not wrong. Although the Range Rover is not a cheap car, the high-end interiors and quality materials might justify the cost. Materials like padded leather, soft-touch plastic, real wood, and aluminum gives the car a premium and classy look. The cabin filters out most road and wind noise, even at higher speeds providing a very premium driving experience.

The Console

The Range Rover’s dashboard features two 10-inch touch screens. The upper display controls the audio and navigation functions, as well as the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto apps. The lower display and two dials adjust the air conditioning, seating, and drive mode settings.

It also comes with additional safety features like blind spot monitoring, rear cross traffic alert, surround-view parking camera system, hands-free park assist, driver drowsiness monitoring, road sign recognition, adaptive cruise control, automatic high-beam headlights, heads-up display. These features may not be essential but sure do come in handy.

The Performance

The Range Rover is known for its luxury and posh, but the SUV, with the help of its monstrous powertrain and adaptive air suspensions is also ideal for off-roading. The active rear locking differential also helps the car to get out of slippery situations (pun intended) quite easily.

Even with all this power, the SUV doesn’t do half bad in fuel efficiency. The EPA estimates that the 2021 Range Rover gives an average of 22mpg on city roads and 29mpg on highways, which is not half bad for a luxury SUV with such beastly engines. The MSRP for the 2021 Range Rover starts from $92,000 USD and can go up $211,000 USD depending on the model and powertrain you choose.
